 Business Formation Consultant (Full-Time or Part-Time Available)

Taylor Made Industries is a company that is dedicated to helping businesses to begin and remain in business. We are diligent about helping businesses to set themselves up to succeed and aide in helping them to acquire additional funding aspects. As the company is continually growing we are finding that it is important to begin hiring more team members to help in getting more businesses to learn of our services and assist them in becoming sustainable and profitable.

Taylor Made Industries is currently seeking a Business Formation Consultant (Part-time or Full-time) to join the team. This person will mainly work with directly with clients of the company but assist other departments as needed. The main responsibility will be working to complete all the required paperwork to set up clients' not for profits, incorporations and more. This person will also aide in writing Request for Proposal responses for clients as needed.

We are seeking an individual with at least 3 years of legal:

JOB DUTIES:
- Providing all administrative support for clients paperwork
- Generating reports and business correspondence
- Providing data management and handling special projects
- Preparing clients administrative budgets
- Managing all confidential information
- Assisting with special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree or higher
- Legal Experience either as an Attorney, Legal Assistant, Curret Law School Student, or Paralegal Required
- Must be VERY detail oriented
- Must be a professional candidate who is extremely organized, able to keep information confidential, able to make informed decisions and can take initiative with little direction
- Candidate must be intermediate in Microsoft Office programs
- Familiar with Access
- Ability to periodically work late or on weekends

Construction Estimator & Trainer - Field Service (PART-TIME)

As the company is continually growing we are finding that it is important to begin hiring more team members to help in getting more businesses to learn of our services and assist them in becoming sustainable and profitable.

Taylor Made Industries is currently seeking a Construction Estimator & Trainer – Field Service (PART-TIME) to join the team. This person will mainly work with the President of the company but assist others as needed. The main responsibility will be to provide training and assistance to businesses in estimating on contracts that include roadway, construction related (e.g. HVAC, Plumbing, Landscaping, etc.)  Most of the work will be done in Peoria and Effingham which are both approximately 3 hours from Chicago. Travel will be for one day per two weeks to each location at minimum. 


We are seeking an individual with at least 5 years of construction estimating and some training:

JOB DUTIES:
- Reviewing plans and specifications
- Reviewing cost estimates and bid preparation/quotations
- Reviewing quantity takeoffs and project overhead costs
- Reviewing labor and production schedules/costs
- Reviewing equipment, material and supply costs
- Reviewing contract-related documents   


QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree or higher
- Prior verifiable experience working for a Construction company in the capacity of Estimator or Trainer
- Must be VERY detail oriented
- Must be a professional candidate who is extremely organized, able to keep information confidential, able to make informed decisions and can take initiative with little direction
- Candidate must be intermediate in Microsoft Office programs
- Familiar with different RFP software
- Ability to periodically work late or on weekends

-Must have stable car that can travel to and from Peoria and Effingham on a consistent basis.

Field Representative (Outside Sales Position)

Outside sales representative must actively identify and pursue leads for potential customers. In an effort to make sales, outside sales representatives speak with potential customers, marketing the benefits of their products. Once a sale has been made, an outside sales representative maintains contact with the customer, answering questions and resolving any issues. This is done in an effort to promote a positive customer experience and the potential for future sales opportunities and referrals.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments, meeting existing customers in order to review inquires and needs

  • Provide daily report of activities and weekly spreadsheet of new leads (all appointments/calendars are subject to the approval by Director/President
  • Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers

  • Meeting quarterly and annual sales goals and targets

  • Providing feedback of potential customers to enhance service delivery

  • Assisting in the identification of new opportunities, products or services.

  • Liaising between the company and the customers to provide up to date information

  • Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity and tact to portray the company in a positive manner.

  • Preparing required reports and marketing materials.

  • Enduring follow-up and completion of all projects.

  • Preserving confidential or sensitive information
  • Developing existing business
  • Prospecting new business

Must have stable car that can travel to different destinations within the Chicagoland & Surrounding Suburbs
